Breakfast on the ferry and then drove off onto Vancouver Island! Up the highway to Qualicum Beach and then across to the West Coast, stopping on the way in Cathedral Grove, a grove of original old growth Douglas Firs containing trees up to 800 years old, right next to the highway.
